A fully digital solution for sports clubs
With the installation of the Advanced S, VendBox 30, and AddBox machines, the club now offers a complete digital retail experience that operates seamlessly, 24/7. This combination allows players and members to rent or purchase sports equipment, snacks and drinks all directly through our smart vending system.
Advanced S – The intelligent core
At the center of the system is the Advanced S, a next-generation vending machine designed specifically for sports environments. Its 22-inch touchscreen enables interactive product browsing, multi-item purchases, and dynamic display of promotions and nutritional information. Beyond the user interface, it offers a powerful smart telemetry system for real-time remote monitoring of sales, stock levels, pricing, and machine status.
Built with security in mind, the Advanced S includes an alarm system, anti-vandal “anti-fishing” mechanisms, programmable locks, and infrared product detection to ensure safe and reliable operation. With integrated Wi-Fi/4G connectivity and mobile app compatibility, it provides clubs with a central hub that simplifies management and enhances user engagement.
AddBox – Expanded capacity
The AddBox is a modular extension designed to expand the capacity of Vending Sport machines, such as the Advanced S. It is not a standalone unit and functions entirely through the master device it is connected to. Selection and payment for items in the AddBox are carried out using the touchscreen or keypad on the main machine.
Each AddBox module is configured with shelves that can be customized with up to 9 product slots per shelf, offering flexibility for stocking a wide variety of goods. Clubs can connect up to two AddBox units.
VendBox 30 – Smart locker system
Complementing the Advanced S and the Addbox is the VendBox 30, a digital locker solution that transforms how clubs manage equipment and services. Customers can rent rackets, purchase gear, or test products directly from the machine. The VendBox also supports a racket stringing service: players leave their racket in a locker, submit service details via the mobile app, and receive a notification when it’s ready for pickup.
Each locker system is equipped with a 21.5-inch screen, integrated payment options, and full control over rental duration, deposit, and pricing. This creates a user-friendly, self-service model that reduces staff workload while offering exceptional flexibility to customers.
